# \[2024-03-07] Metfone Cambodia Channel Pause

We would like to inform you that we will be pausing the Payment Channel: Metfone Cambodia until further notice following a requirement from Cambodian authority.

**Effective from: Thursday, 7 March 2024, 9 AM SG Time**

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this temporary pause. We will send another notification if we are able to resolve the issue and prevent the channel from being paused.

Should you require further information or assistance during this period, please do not hesitate to contact your business development manager with any queries. We are here to address any concerns or questions you may have.
