# \[2023-07-09] Latam Bank Transfer and Cash Payment Channel Pause

We regret to inform you that we have temporarily paused **Cash Payments Ecuador, Bank Transfers Chile, Cash Payment Uruguay, and Cash Payment Bolivia** from 9th July 2023 until further notice as we are changing our service provider in these markets.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this temporary pause.
