# 3. Adding Company Ownership and Director Details
Once you submit the Business details, the next step is to share the Company Ownership and Director details of your company.
As we will be dealing with financial transactions, this information is required to abide by the rules and guidelines shared by financial regulatory authorities of various countries.
Please indicate information about all the **individuals or entities owning 25% or more equity** in the business. Ensure that you also **list down ALL the Directors**. You can click on the button at the bottom of the page to add multiple Owners/Directors information.
