Singapore Withholding Tax: Coda Payments is a Singapore company, and in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, “Payments for software or digitized goods that do not involve the transfer of the copyright rights embedded in the goods will be considered as payments for copyrighted articles and are not subject to withholding tax.”As such, Coda does not apply any withholding tax on its payouts to partners, regardless of which country they are based in.
